Flexibility Makes Trigonon The Best Pool Measuring Tool
The best pool measuring tool is going to be one that allows you to measure any size and shape pool. Also, one that allows you to measure any type of water feature that is present. The design and software used with Trigonon was developed to specifically be able to measure any pool and any water feature that a pool company needs to measure.
A Pool Measuring Tool for Any Type of Pool
Trigonon is the best pool measuring tool if you are wanting to make sure you can measure any type of pool you come across.
Trigonon can measure any size pool

Larger pools are hard to measure, especially when they curve and you can no longer see the target locations. Trigonon is a tool that allows you to easily move the AB buckets to a new location that allows you to keep going around difficult areas. This also allows you to shoot shorter distances, which is easier and quicker.

Smaller pools that have a lot of rounded edges and features that you have to go around, can make it very difficult to measure. Without extra room, it can be difficult to measure smaller areas and getting around water features. Trigonon is the pool measuring tool that allows you to work around these types of limitations.
Trigonon can measure any type of water feature

Swimming pools vary in the types of water features they contain. Some are simple pools. Others are very complicated with multiple water features present. For simple pools, you can use simple pool measuring tools, like tape measures.
But, when you get into underwater stairs, waterfalls, grottos, slides, etc. then you need a more sophisticated pool measuring tool.
Trigonon can easily measure any water feature present. It’s literally the only pool measuring tool that can measure any feature. Between the laser device and the software, it allows you to take any type of measurement needed.
Here are the types of water features you can measure with this tool:
- Walls that are hard to reach or cannot be reached without normally getting into the water
- FUNbrellas and other items in the middle of the pool
- Grottos that are normally difficult inside and out to measure
- Slide legs and other ladders
- Underwater stairs and custom shelves
- Waterfalls and rock features
We spoke more about how our device works for underwater stairs and shelves here:
Trigonon Lets You Use Any Manufacturer You Prefer
Trigonon is the only pool measuring tool that can measure any pool and water feature that also allows you to use any manufacturer of liners or covers you prefer! Trigonon customers tend to use more than one manufacturer, based on their needs.
Get multiple quotes for liners and covers
With Trigonon your measurements are all stored in one file that contains everything! So you send one report to the Manufacturer and it contains all measurements, photos, notes and other details. So, there is no concern that you forgot to attach something to an email, etc.
If you want to get multiple quotes for the same project, it’s as easy as clicking on the drop-down of the manufacturers you entered and choosing the ones you want… then hitting “Send To Contact”. It’s the only pool measuring tool that allows you to send complete drawings to any Manufacturer for as many quotes as you wish.

Once projects are complete you can download your projects, automatically email to yourself, or send directly to Manufacturers for quotes.

You can add any Liner and Cover Manufacturer to your account, so that you can simply click on the drop-down, choose them and hit the Send button. You can send to as many Manufacturers as you wish!

A History is kept to show all the Manufacturers you sent this project too. It allows you to see if you forgot to pick one and also who needs to get back to you with a quote!
Use Trigonon to confirm Sign-off drawings from the Manufacturer
Trigonon is the only pool measuring tool that allows you to take Manufacturer’s Sign-off drawings and cross check them with your Trigonon measurements, to ensure accuracy on both ends!

As you can see on the drawing above, you can take the measurement the Manufacturer had for one of the steps and then pick those two points in the Trigonon system to see if they match up. It lights up the two points you chose, to ensure you are doing a check measurement on the correct area.
On this drawing, you can see that they match up perfectly. If there was a discrepancy however, it allows you to email the Manufacturer and try to get to the bottom of why there’s a difference, to make sure a mistake hasn’t been made on either end. It’s always better to “measure twice, cut once” and quite literally in this case.
